Your order details are sent directly to our team via WhatsApp, with a backup copy by secure email, solely to fulfil and track the order. The site itself is static and keeps no database of customer accounts or payment data.
We never sell or rent your data to anyone. We share only the necessary information (name and address) with the shipping company in order to deliver your order to your doorstep, which is the minimum required to complete delivery.
We use simple analytics tools to understand how visitors browse the site (such as the number of visits and the most viewed pages) in order to improve the shopping experience, without linking this data to your personal identity.
You can ask us at any time to delete your data or to know what information we have stored about you — just message us on WhatsApp and we will respond as quickly as possible.
